Need a place to host your Corporate Event?
Our corporate and private event facilities include three elegant individual banquet rooms with the original crystal chandeliers and mahogany bars. Each banquet room has its own full service bar and is serviced by a dedicated commercial kitchen, service area, wait staff and bartender.
The O’Brien and Fair rooms also have oak dance floors making them an ideal location for business celebrations with a DJ or live band.

Banquet & Meeting Rooms
The Delta Saloon is the only full service corporate meeting & banquet facility in Virginia City. Below you can find some details about our historic rooms.
• Fair Room •
The Fair Room, named for James G. Fair, is a favorite for many of our guests. The room features an oak dance floor and mahogany bar, and is the only room with access to the Delta Saloon balcony overlooking C Street.
Room seating capacity: 108
• Mackay Room •
The Mackay Room, named for John W. Mackay, provides the largest meeting or banquet seating area on the second floor of The Delta Saloon. Adjacent to the Fair Room, it is often used to provide additional capacity for large events, and also includes it’s own full service bar.

• O’Brien Room •
The O’Brien Room, named for William S. O’Brien, is often used as a separate meeting or break-out room although it is also fully equipped to host a full banquet event.
Room seating capacity: 96
• Full Facility Event •
Large meetings, banquets, celebrations and other corporate events can also be hosted in the famous Delta Saloon as a full facility private event. Let our professional staff take all worry out of planning and preparing, as we aim to delight every guest throughout your event!

Can I have a separate dinner banquet and dancing area at The Delta Saloon?
Yes! The Delta Saloon is the largest full-service banquet and event facility in Virginia City. We have multiple large banquet halls that will fit most events. Many of our corporate events enjoy using multiple rooms so that a dedicated dining and socializing room is separate but adjacent to a room with music and dancing.
What kind of food can you provide for my corporate event?

How much does it cost to rent a banquet hall?
