The Delta Saloon is a truly romantic and unique setting for your Wedding and Reception. We have three elegant individual banquet rooms with the original crystal chandeliers, mahogany bars and oak dance floors.
Each banquet room has its own full service bar and is serviced by its own dedicated commercial kitchen, service areas, wait staff and bartender.

The Delta Saloon has been offering the most memorable events and services since 1865. Our guests have come from every state of the Union to enjoy a Western or Period Themed Wedding and an array of other notable functions.
Our experienced staff will help put together a detailed ceremony and menu plan. We will also help you with every detail of your wedding from cake, flowers, photography, videography, music and other amenities to fit your individual preference.
No wedding is too big or too small for us for us to accommodate you and provide every attention to the details that will make your special day memorable.
Banquet Rooms & Wedding Venue
The Delta Saloon is the only full service wedding & banquet facility in Virginia City. Below you can find some details about our elegant & historic rooms.
• Fair Room •
The Fair Room, named for James G. Fair, is a favorite for many of our guests. The room features an oak dance floor and mahogany bar, and is the only room with access to the Delta Saloon balcony overlooking C Street.

• Mackay Room •
The Mackay Room, named for John W. Mackay, provides the largest banquet seating area on the second floor of The Delta Saloon. Adjacent to the Fair Room, it is often used to provide additional capacity for large receptions, and also includes it’s own full service bar.

• O’Brien Room •
The O’Brien Room, named for William S. O’Brien, is often used as a dedicated wedding chapel, although it is also fully equipped to host a full banquet event.

Can I have both my wedding ceremony and reception at The Delta Saloon?
Yes! The Delta Saloon is the largest full-service wedding and banquet facility in Virginia City. We have multiple large banquet halls and a separate room that is perfect for the wedding chapel. All rooms can be setup prior to the ceremony so that it is not necessary to leave guests waiting for rooms to be re-configured.
What kind of food can you provide for the reception?

How much does it cost to rent a banquet hall?

Yes! Each of our banquet rooms feature a large dance floor and bands or DJs are welcome to setup their equipment and instruments prior to your guests’ arrival.
